Reservations service accessible from the web page
Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona (Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board) informs you that it has signed a number of agreements with the company BOOKING.COM B.V., with registered office in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), for provision of a tourist reservations service. Under these agreements, the entity responsible for the file that includes data on the users of the service is BOOKING.COM B.V., which has given an undertaking to process the data in compliance with Community-regulation guarantees on data protection. The Board informs that, while it cannot accept responsibility for breach of those regulations, it would nevertheless be grateful if users would send it any communications or complaints they might have in this respect. In order to exercise their rights, users of the BOOKING.COM B.V. service must write to BOOKING.COM B.V. at the address provided by that company. Users will be able to see in their browser window when they are in a Board site and when they are in a BOOKING.COM B.V. page.
