Confraria de la Ratafia
The Ratafia Association is a non-profit organisation that organises activities and collaborates on projects related to ratafia (a sweet alcoholic beverage).
The organisation understands ratafia as the essence of a region and its people served in a glass. The brotherhood shares the world of ratafia by organising ratafia-making and straining workshops, tastings, guided tours and nature outings. The 1842 range of ratafias, made from recipes created by Francisco Rosquellas that same year, were found in Santa Coloma de Farners.
