A name that, through Ferran Adrià, has become a culinary world reference point as, right next to the beach, was the temple of gastronomy, the El Bulli restaurant. It is a cove of about 250 meters long, which combines the coarse sand and pebbles. Just at the back there is a holiday village that carries the same name and provides numerous services and, at the same time, also many visitors. Once in the water, there is an immediate drop, which means that the boats can approach very close to the beach. There is parking space right next to the beach and it has the European EMAS and ISO 14001 environmental quality certifications. To get there, follow directions for Cala Montjoi or Cala Jòncols from the Gran Via Pau Casals. It is 12 km from the centre of Roses.
