The parish museum, known as El Tresor (The Treasury) is located in the new sacristy and its adjoining rooms. It contains the cathedral's important collection of gold and silver work.

The first room houses one of the museum's most important pieces, a 16th century gold-plated silver processional cross adorned with precious stones and two medals that depict the Virgin Mary and Saint John.

Another of the museum's most valuable objects is the 17th century Plateresque-style silver relief image of the Virgin Mary. The glass cases also display a large collection of vestments from different periods and valuable copies of books of Gregorian chant.

The second room, which houses the collection of religious paintings, features the relief of an 18th century altarpiece of Saint Catherine and eight reliefs belonging to the thrones built in the church in 1939.

The third room contains a collection of vases and amphorae from the 14th and 15th centuries, found in the cathedral during the restoration works carried out in 1972.
