We are a specialised yoga centre that offers both regular classes and teacher training. We offer different disciplines of yoga for all physical conditions and all ages that favour spinal health, flexibility, circulation and meditative capacity. Some postures involving the legs are intended to unblock the blood circulatory system, while others for the arms favour heart function and others stimulate and balance the endocrine system. There are also numerous yogic breathing exercises (pranayama) that encourage psychological health and mental clarity.
We also organise different activities outside the centres such as sadhana rituals on the beach, yoga in nature, SUP yoga and family yoga.
