Clara Pallarès is a cook, consultant and promotor of environmentally-conscious, healthy cuisine. She uses vegetables and edible wild plants to create dishes based on local seasonal produce so as to encourage sustainable gastronomy connected with culture, tradition and the region.
As well as being the chef and owner of Can Felicià, Clara is a sustainable cuisine coach and consultant who works with individuals, companies and professional restaurateurs. She also designs gourmet sensory experiences aimed at integrating the concepts of sustainability, local produce and inclusive, creative cuisine.
