This top quality beef comes from the pastures of the Catalan Pyrenees, where the Bruna (Pyrenean Brown) is the main cattle breed. The meat is tender with excellent organoleptic characteristics. The cattle's natural diet, transportation to the slaughterhouse, slaughter, butchering and hanging (7 days) are all very strictly regulated in order to ensure this excellent quality.
