Es Baluard, which was opened in 1967 and is in the heart of Cadaqués, with views over the bay, is an establishment with a friendly atmosphere, run by the Seriñana Puig family.
We offer market cuisine typical of the area, mainly prepared using very local produce. Particularly worthy of a mention are its rice dishes, suquets or fish stews and grilled or baked fish. There are more than 70 references on the wine list, with a predominance of wines from the DO Empordà.
